Circa Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Dancing Bartender to perform routines on a daily schedule while delivering friendly guest service and cocktails. You will engage guests, prepare drinks, and manage bar duties with energy and accuracy, ensuring a memorable experience.

Must be 21+, able to stand long hours, and have or obtain required work cards. Prior bartender or dance experience is preferred; confidentiality and safety standards must be followed.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain required work cards.
• Previous bartending or apprentice bartending experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, garnish and serve drinks to guests.
• Ring up orders in the POS system and socialize with guests.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards and manage intoxicated guests.
• Make recommendations to guests and answer questions about drinks.
• Maintain bar and designated areas cleanliness and organization.
• Perform dances and routines as scheduled in front of guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
• Follow company service standards at all times.
