The starting salary is $59,000, with potential increases based on experience. Benefits include:
Additional Compensation Elements
The Teacher Career Pathway (TCP) rewards impact with up to $15,000 annually. As a TEA Teacher Incentive Allotment district, teachers can earn up to an additional $32,000 per year.
