Fred Astaire Dance Studios - Paradise Valley is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. You will welcome students, handle inquiries, schedule lessons, and maintain records in a friendly, professional environment.

You will assist with enrollment, payments, events, and coordination between students, instructors, and management, helping create a welcoming studio culture and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative, front-desk, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome students and guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly.
• Schedule private lessons, group classes, appointments, and events.
• Maintain accurate student records and schedules.
• Assist with enrollment, payments, and account updates.
• Communicate with students about lessons and events.
• Coordinate between students, instructors, and management.
• Support promotions, showcases, and special events.
• Maintain a clean front desk and studio environment.
• Process transactions and keep administrative records.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
• Support management and instructors with administrative tasks.
• Ensure studio policies are followed.
