Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school.
• Preferred candidates study Public Relations/Communications, English, or entertainment-industry majors, preferably juniors.
• Previous internship or work experience in public relations and communications is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work out of Calabasas, CA office 2-3 days a week for 6+ hours per day.
• Typical commitment is 16-29 hours per week.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok).

Responsibilities

• Draft press releases, media pitches, and other materials for media and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in media relations, compile media lists, craft quotes, and talking points.
• Monitor Insomniac press coverage and prepare daily reports for PR team.
• Participate in department meetings and calls.
• Monitor and respond to emails at [e-mail].
• Coordinate with external agencies on fact-checking, schedules, and assets.
• Pull photo selects after concerts and branded shows.
• Gather data for internal research and pitch decks.
• Project-manage various short-term assignments as requested.
