Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is hiring for a Dance Instructor to lead private and group classes across a variety of dance styles. You will work with students to reach personal dance goals, guide them through performances, and contribute to events in the studio and community.

We value energetic, customer-focused instructors who enjoy engaging people, staying active, and sharing the joy of dance. Hours include some evenings and weekend events with students.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic about dance.
• Able to coach and motivate students of all levels.
• Strong customer-service mindset and energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals through events and performances.
• Attend studio events on evenings and weekends as needed.
