Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is seeking an energetic Dance Instructor to lead private and group classes across the week, helping students achieve personal dance goals. You’ll work with a supportive team to create engaging lessons and attend weekday evenings and weekend events with your students.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, able to manage students of all ages, and maintain high energy and professionalism in a fun, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and passionate about dance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to commit to the work and stay accountable.
• Strong interpersonal skills with students of all ages.
• Physically fit to teach and demonstrate dance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Guide students to reach personal dance goals, from events to lifelong journeys.
• Collaborate with the studio team to plan and run events and classes.
• Participate in weekday evenings and weekend events with students.
