Job summary

Fred Astaire Dance Studios is hiring for Dance Instructors to conduct private and group classes across the week, helping students reach personal dance goals and participate in events. The role requires high energy, customer focus, and a passion for dance; you will engage with a diverse student body and contribute to a lively studio community.

We host events on some evenings and weekends, and expect instructors to attend with their students.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and passionate about dance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work with students of all ages.
• Willingness to commit to practice and coaching feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach personal dance goals and participate in events.
• Engage with students and families to foster a welcoming studio environment.
• Attend studio events on weekday evenings and weekends as needed.
