Job summary

Family Smiles LLC is hiring dental professionals who are passionate about patient care. We welcome licensed Dental Assistants or Oral Radiology Technicians to join our caring dental health team.

Responsibilities include chairside assistance, operating radiology equipment, maintaining sterilization, and helping patients understand treatment plans while ensuring high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have active State Board issued Dental Assistant license.
• DANB Radiation Health and Safety Certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Full-time availability preferred (Rotating Saturdays).
• Candidates pursuing DANB certification may apply as on-the-job training (OJT).

Pay

$20-28/hr DOE.

Clinic Hours

M-F 10am-6pm, Sat 9am-2pm.

Your Impact

• Day to Day Operations
• Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.
• Operate oral radiology equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
• Patient Service and Engagement
• Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
• Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
• Ensure quality service is always provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates who are in progress of obtaining their DANB certification are also welcome to apply as an OJT, provided you are able to receive certification within 90 days of hire!
