Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a full-time restoration technician to respond to water, fire, and mold damage. You will set up drying equipment, monitor progress, and perform demolition and cleanup. No prior experience required; paid training and industry certifications are provided.

Earn $19–$25/hour DOE, with weekly bonuses and overtime opportunities. Benefits include health, dental & vision insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, PTO, and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and strong team player with good work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and perform physical labor.
• Must meet driver license and background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold, and other property damage.
• Set up drying equipment and monitor the drying process.
• Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work.
• Take photos and document job progress.
• Support customers throughout the restoration process.
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized.
