Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a Damage Prevention Supervisor to lead enterprise-wide pipeline safety and compliance programs.

You will supervise specialists, manage budgets, and partner with Operations, Asset Integrity, GIS, and Public Affairs to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient damage prevention activities. This safety-sensitive role requires five+ years in pipeline operations or related fields, with strong knowledge of 49 CFR Parts 192/195, API RP 1162/1185, and a track record of process

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising Damage Prevention teams or similar.
• Knowledge of pipeline safety regulations and risk mitigation.
• Experience with One-Call, ROW surveillance, and public awareness programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision for Damage Prevention Specialists.
• Manage contractor and vendor performance to ensure compliance.
• Develop and monitor program metrics and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with Operations, GIS, Public Affairs, and Engineering.
• Support investigations involving damages and compliance events.
• Lead continuous improvement within Damage Prevention programs.
