The Arizona Department of Water Resources is seeking a Dam Safety Engineer to support dam safety projects and provide regulatory oversight. The role involves analyzing engineering data, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with professionals in a dynamic environment. Salary: $85,000 - $110,000

The Department oversees approximately 250 dams in Arizona. The engineer will support dam safety projects, providing regulatory oversight as part of a team of registered and non-registered professionals.
The engineer will analyze dam safety aspects, represent the agency in meetings, and may serve as an expert witness or provide technical assistance at hearings.

PE license in Arizona or eligibility for reciprocity within six months.
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain it.
