Responsibilities

• Plan weekly/monthly work schedules for subordinates and submit schedule to supervisor for approval.
• Implement corrective actions within authority to resolve work problems.
• Determine training needs of subordinates and arrange for completion; sets performance standards and perform appraisals.
• Take weather readings, sample water, open and close dam gates.
• Meet, greet, and conduct visitor tours, providing information about the operations of the project.
