Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in federal training or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in dam safety or water infrastructure.
• Experience with PMBOK-based controls, FAR 31.205-46 travel compliance, and IPP invoicing.
• Prior management of multi-site training programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all contract CLINs, ensuring course development and delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with Contracting Officer and oversee risk management.
• Direct DOI dam-operator training delivery, ensuring audit readiness.
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines for packaging and logistics.
