Job summary

NBCUniversal in New York is seeking a Content Solutions Specialist within the Media Operations, Operations & Technology group. This role focuses on designing, building, and supporting end-to-end DAM/MAM supply chain workflows for global content distribution, ingest, metadata enrichment, transcoding, and delivery.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable automation, APIs, and low-code solutions, with hybrid work and a salary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full-stack development using low-code platforms for scalable workflow solutions.
• 3+ years in an operational, product, support or customer-facing role for a media or technology company.
• 3+ years in a role demonstrating strong technical, quantitative, or analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support end-to-end DAM/MAM supply chain workflows.
• Design and support API-based integrations between internal and third-party tooling and clients.
• Build integration workflows using low-code and automation platforms to orchestrate cross-system handoffs.
• Build and support ETL metadata architecture, schemas and workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering on REST APIs, integrations, and event-driven patterns.
