Job summary

RCM Health Care Services is seeking a School Based Speech-Language Pathologist for a local contract in Dallas, Texas. The role involves evaluating and treating students with speech and language disorders within a school setting, coordinating with ARD committees and school staff.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Communication Disorders, a Texas SLP license, and CCC-SLP credentials, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
• Valid Texas License in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Ability to work with school and community populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and prepare reports to determine eligibility and programming needs.
• Coordinate ARD meetings and ensure timelines are met.
• Develop and implement speech-language pathology programs and IEP goals.
• Provide services in a clinically appropriate setting within schools.
