Job summary

Lagrange is seeking a Project Controls - Scheduler for a full-time, on-site role in Dallas, TX. You will develop, update, and maintain CPM schedules, collect progress data, and analyze performance to support management decisions.

You will collaborate with project managers and construction teams, implement scheduling standards, perform risk analysis, and help drive continuous improvement across project controls practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in project scheduling and project controls for construction or capital projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project and strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of project management principles and lifecycle phases.
• Able to present schedule information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain CPM schedules reflecting project plans and constraints.
• Collect progress information from project teams and analyze schedule performance.
• Prepare schedule reports and highlight variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and stakeholders.
• Support planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
• Assist in implementing project controls standards and scheduling practices.
