Job summary

Laureus Sport for Good USA seeks a Program Manager, Dallas to launch and grow Laureus’ work in Dallas. You will build and manage a coalition of local nonprofit partners, develop a Leadership Council, support local grants, and coordinate events and partner engagement.

Strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills are essential to drive mission-aligned impact. The role balances external engagement with strong internal coordination, reporting to the City Director in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of a Dallas-based coalition of nonprofit partners.
• Coordinate Leadership Council meetings, agendas, and engagement strategies.
• Support local grantmaking processes and track timelines and deliverables.
• Plan, coordinate, and staff Sport for Good Dallas events and partner activities.
• Collaborate with city director and national team to align local and national priorities.
• Represent Laureus USA in meetings with partners and community stakeholders.
