Job summary

Laureus USA seeks a highly organized Program Manager for Dallas to launch and grow Sport for Good in the city, building a coalition of local nonprofit partners and a Leadership Council.

Reporting to the City Director, you will coordinate grants, partner engagement, events, and cross‑functional work with national teams, balancing external outreach with rigorous program delivery.

The role is in-office with regular partner engagement and opportunities to expand Laureus USA's presence in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Experience building or managing relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, or multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dallas-based coalition development and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and communications for the Leadership Council.
• Support local grantmaking processes and partner reporting.
• Plan and execute Sport for Good Dallas events and convenings.
• Collaborate with City Director and national teams to align priorities.
