Job summary

Laureus USA seeks a highly organized and relationship-driven Program Manager for Dallas to launch and grow Sport for Good locally. You will manage a coalition of nonprofit partners, form a Leadership Council, and coordinate grants, with external engagement balanced by strong internal execution.

The role emphasizes strategic collaboration across partners, data-informed reporting, and event planning to maximize impact in Dallas while aligning with national program priorities and ensuring equity

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programs, events, or multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Experience building or managing relationships across multiple stakeholders in nonprofit contexts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of a Dallas-based coalition of nonprofit partners.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, communications, and materials for the Leadership Council.
• Support local grantmaking processes and track activities and reporting.
• Plan and execute Sport for Good Dallas events and partner engagement.
• Collaborate with City Director and national teams to align local and national priorities.
• Represent Laureus USA in meetings with partners and stakeholders.
