Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 2–5 years of Texas Personal Injury law experience, including trial.
• Spanish fluency is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 70+ files in pre-litigation and litigation.
• Draft and file civil complaints, motions, and trial documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions and appear at hearings.
• Supervise and mentor administrative staff and oversee legal secretary work.
• Utilize legal software (NEOS) for case reporting and outcome tracking.
