Job summary

SkyWater Search Partners is partnering with a family-owned, debt-free steel company to hire an outside sales representative in the Dallas area. This is a true run-your-own-territory role with a three-days-a-week customer-facing schedule and two days from a home office.

You will be supported by management as a resource, not a babysitter, and you will use a provided prospect list while leveraging any Texas relationships you bring.

Responsibilities

• Run your own territory with three days a week in front of customers.
• The company will hunt down steel and back you up on calls, but you keep the customer relationship.
• You will call on prospects from a provided list and leverage existing Texas relationships.
