Job summary

CTG is seeking a Complex Program Manager in Dallas to lead large-scale, transformative programs across multiple business units and geographies. The role requires defining vision, governance, milestones, and delivery strategies aligned with business goals and customer success.

The position focuses on end-to-end program delivery, risk management, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional leadership and strategic reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project and program management experience in complex, large-scale environments.
• Experience with programs up to $100M in total contract value and 50–200+ FTE distributed teams.
• PMP certification required; PgMP certification required or willingness to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, transformative programs across multiple units, geographies, technologies, and cross-functional teams.
• Define program vision, objectives, governance, milestones, and delivery strategies aligned with goals.
• Manage interconnected projects and project managers to ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, quality, and contracts.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, partners, customers, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain program governance, master schedules, dashboards, and reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies, and uncertainties.
• Manage program budgets, forecasting, scope, change control, and overall financial performance.
• Provide executive-level updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and drive communication and customer satisfaction.
• Lead innovation, digital transformation, sustainability and organizational change initiatives.
• Analyze data and program performance to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Assemble and lead end-to-end teams, providing direction and coaching to PMs and technical teams.
• Influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts balancing priorities, resources, costs, and timelines.
