The attorney will contribute to trial preparation, research, brief drafting, and participation in depositions, hearings, and mediations as part of a dedicated litigation team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas bar license in good standing.
• 1–4 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Trial preparation, including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interviews and witness preparation
• Research, both legal and on people, businesses, and worksites
• Drafting of briefs, memos, and client updates
• Attendance at depositions, hearings, and/or mediations
