Qualifications

• At least 2 years of immigration law experience including adjustment of status, waiver, and consular processing.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills with strong organization.
• Ethical and professional, in good standing with the state bar; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Law review/journal or immigration clinic experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
