Quality 1 Energy Systems Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Field Operations team. You will service, maintain, and diagnose residential and commercial systems with professionalism and pride.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of HVAC experience, EPA Type II/Universal certification, and a valid license. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a family‑owned company.

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC experience in residential/commercial settings.
Strong diagnostics and system troubleshooting skills.
EPA Certification Type II or Universal required.
NATE Certification preferred.
Valid Apprentice or Journeyman license required.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to work independently and on active construction sites.
Background check and drug screening per applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
Replace parts and components as needed.
Accurately troubleshoot systems and explain findings to customers.
Provide clear, professional recommendations and repair solutions.
Keep work areas and company vehicles clean and safe.
Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols.
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
