Qualifications

• Minimum four years of insurance coverage experience.
• Exceptional writing, analytical and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong time management and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative, team-first attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent matters.
• Experience handling first-party property coverage disputes, including policy analysis, EUOs, depositions, drafting of pleadings and motions, mediations.

Responsabilités

• Join our Dallas office in the First-Party Property Coverage practice group and handle complex first-party property matters.
• Engage in pre-suit coverage analysis and litigation.
• Collaborate with teammates to provide strategic, efficient client service.
