Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Cook for our Berlin, NY location. This role prepares and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events, and may operate a variety of kitchen equipment.

The Cook represents both the client and NEXDINE with a focus on outstanding service and adherence to safety standards. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain proper food handling, assist with inventory, and support culinary staff across stations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner and/or catered events
• Operate kitchen equipment (oven, stove, dishwasher, slicer, mixer, etc.) and maintain sanitation
• Maintain food quality, portion control and stock levels; assist with inventory as needed
• Provide attentive customer service and teamwork in a busy kitchen environment
