Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking a hands-on Board Level Test Technician to support data center hardware in a full-time, onsite role in Dallas, TX. You will install, test, and troubleshoot complex boards, performing triage and debugging in a factory-style environment.

The role requires familiarity with Linux/Windows, firmware installation, and basic Shell/Python scripting, along with knowledge of PCIe, USB, I2C, SPI, IPMI, and Redfish. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BLT Technician with experience supporting data center systems.
• Experience in a factory manufacturing or testing environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and troubleshoot data center hardware onsite in Dallas.
• Triage hardware issues, perform bring-up, and debug to board level.
• Work with Linux/Windows environments and basic scripting.
