Job summary

NGV Talent in Dallas, TX seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to support procurement, inventory management, material movement, and logistics operations in a fast-paced technical environment.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with familiarity with Procure-to-Pay workflows and PLM/inventory systems. Onsite role with opportunities for growth within the supply chain team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or logistics.
• Experience with inventory management and logistics processes.
• Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay workflows.
• Experience with PLM, inventory, procurement, or similar systems.
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders across direct and indirect commodities.
• Support Procure-to-Pay activities and related purchasing processes.
• Track materials and maintain accurate physical inventory.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
• Perform goods receipt transactions for direct and indirect materials.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and internal facilities.
• Manage consigned inventory with suppliers and OEM partners.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Build and maintain relationships with shipping carriers.
• Own the RMA process from initiation through resolution.
• Provide updates to internal teams and suppliers.
• Support process improvement and supply chain documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records across operational systems.
