Job summary

IA Interior Architects' Dallas studio is seeking an Intermediate Designer to support design development and contract documents under supervision of senior staff. You will work with Junior Designer and contribute to project administration and design development.

Candidate should have 3+ years of corporate interior design experience, strong Revit and Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a collaborative approach to delivering high-performance interiors that align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of architecture or design school; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• 3+ years of corporate interior design project experience.

Responsibilities

• At the direction of senior designers, completes technical drawings.
• Works with design team to develop design ideas.
• Provide preliminary review of engineering drawings to ensure design solution.
• Assists senior designers in selecting fixtures and finishes.
• Develops preliminary space plans at a high level.
• Assists in field surveying of client spaces.
• Compiles pricing from manufacturers and representatives.
• Supports the team in collecting information for client assessment.
