Job summary

Woodgrain, Inc. is hiring for a Distribution Warehouse role in Dallas, TX on 2nd shift. The Material Handler operates a forklift to move, stack, replenish, stage, and load materials for shipment, and performs order-puller duties as needed.

Responsibilities also include safe operation, vehicle inspections, and ensuring accurate loading with proper labeling. The job requires OSHA awareness, physical stamina, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• Forklift license or certification required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Basic math for quantity checks and measurements.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently per guidelines.
• Inspect and record vehicle maintenance at shift start/end.
• Move, stack, and stage material in designated locations.
• Load trailers and ensure secure packaging and load integrity.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety policies.
