Job summary

Hire Up Staffing is seeking an Equipment Operator / Order Puller for the 2nd shift in Dallas, TX. You will operate cherry pickers, stand-up reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts to pull, stage, and ship orders.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, shrink-wrapping, following safety procedures, and collaborating with the team to meet daily goals. Requires 2+ years of powered equipment experience, relevant certifications, ability to lift 50 lbs, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of powered equipment operating experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Certification operating cherry pickers, stand-up reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts.
• Ability to work at elevated heights while operating equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work full second shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry pickers, stand-up reach trucks, and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Pull, pick, and stage orders accurately for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks, including regular and irregularly shaped products.
• Shrink-wrap products using manual and automatic equipment.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and established operating instructions.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
