Qualifications

• Knowledge of Minnesota State Standards and district graduation requirements.
• Ability to use diagnostic, formative and summative assessments.
• Comfort using technology to enhance language learning.
• Experience collaborating with peers to implement best practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide instruction aligned to state standards and district goals.
• Teach Dakota language with online concurrent enrollment with MCTC.
• Collaborate with peers to implement best practices for diverse learners.
• Assess students’ developmental, cognitive and social needs.
• Create engaging, safe and inclusive language learning environments.
• Communicate regularly with families to support learning.
• Support district improvement goals and school targets.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
