Job summary

Upstate Niagara Cooperative is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee cooler operations on the first shift at a 45-hour week, with additional hours as needed. You will lead warehouse personnel, ensure product rotation, and maintain inventory accuracy in a refrigerated environment.

The role requires 2–4 years of supervisory experience and familiarity with SAP or ERP/WMS systems, preferably in food manufacturing or logistics. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory or team lead experience required.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environments preferred.
• Refrigerated or food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP/WMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cooler operations and inventory accuracy.
• Lead and coach shift staff to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Coordinate with drivers and plant supervisors for load-out and order fulfillment.
• Maintain knowledge of products and inventory status and ensure safety policies.
