Job summary

Richmond Beverage Solutions is seeking warehouse operators to perform picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing products, and handling loading/unloading for outbound delivery in a cooler, freezer, or dock environment.

Join a farmer-owned DFA brand delivering fresh dairy, with safety and teamwork at the core. Candidates should have forklift experience, be comfortable working in a 35–40°F facility, and be flexible for overtime and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move cases up to 6-8 high.
• Able to work in a 35–40°F environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, pulling, building orders and palletizing products.
• Load, unload and stage materials for outbound delivery.
• Operate various warehouse equipment safely in cooler, freezer, or dock.
• Maintain safety and quality while working across multiple stations.
