Job summary

Richmond Beverage Solutions is hiring warehouse operators to efficiently pick, pull, build orders, palletize products, and stage materials for outgoing deliveries. You will operate equipment in cooler, freezer, or dock environments and be versatile across stations.

The role requires forklift certification, at least six months of forklift/manufacturing experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and tolerance for a 35–40°F setting. Flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have forklift operator’s certification.
• Minimum six months forklift experience in a high-efficiency environment.
• Minimum six months experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, criminal).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stack/move cases up to 6–8 high.
• Must work in a 35–40°F environment and be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking, pulling, and building orders; palletize products.
• Load/unload and stage materials for outgoing delivery.
• Safely operate various warehouse equipment in cooler, freezer, or dock environments.
• Work at any station or line as assigned.
