Job summary

Hugo's Family Marketplace seeks a Dairy Clerk to keep the dairy section well-stocked, clean, and organized while providing friendly, responsive service.

You will rotate stock (FIFO), monitor cooler temperatures, and assist customers with questions. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn stock rotation, cooler maintenance, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate dairy products and check expiration dates.
• Maintain temperatures and cleanliness in coolers/display cases.
• Assist customers and provide excellent service.
• Receive and organize deliveries and ensure accurate inventory.
• Keep shelves clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
