Job Purpose:

The Dairy Clerk at Hugo's Family Marketplace plays a crucial role in ensuring the dairy section is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with fresh products. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Stock and rotate dairy products, ensuring that expiration dates are checked and outdated or damaged items are removed.
• - Maintain proper temperatures and cleanliness in coolers and display cases to ensure product quality and safety.
• - Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service to enhance their shopping experience.
• - Receive and organize deliveries, ensuring that inventory is accurately accounted for and stored appropriately.
• - Ensure that shelves and displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked to create an appealing shopping environment.
• - Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and handling guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work area.
