Job summary

Superior Dairy, a key part of the Michigan Milk Producers Association, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Canton, Ohio to support operations. You will coordinate finished product shipping, maintain shipping documentation, communicate with carriers and customers, and ensure accurate flow of products through the shipping process.

This role requires a high school diploma and 6 months to 1 year of related shipping, logistics, or clerical experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year of related shipping, logistics, administrative, or clerical experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, food production, or dairy environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate finished product shipping and documentation.
• Receive and check inbound/outbound shipments and generate load lists.
• Maintain shipping records and documentation in company systems.
• Support inventory and month-end/year-end cycles.
• Provide vacation coverage for Office Clerk and supervisory roles.
