We are seeking a Dairy Scientist to drive ingredient application development and provide technical expertise to
support customers in the dairy, dairy-based and adjacent categories. This role focuses on demonstrating the
functionality and value of our ingredient portfolio in real-world applications, working closely with account teams,
commercial teams and customers to deliver solutions in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
This position requires a team member that can lead, can be hands on, and brings a "do whatever it takes" spirit,
with the ability to balance multiple priorities and to perform under tight deadlines. An ideal candidate is someone
with strong technical know-how in dairy formulation with the ability to deliver high-quality customer solutions in a
fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
Working Conditions: 80% lab/pilot plant, 20% office - This is not a remote position. 5 days a
week onsite. Laboratory setting

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The expected annual salary range for this position is USD 96091.00 - USD 130000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.
