Job summary

Roberts Dairy Service seeks a Robot Technician to respond to service calls and learn to troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning dairy equipment to the customer’s satisfaction. You may travel as needed and work with cutting-edge technology to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete required paperwork daily.

You will participate in on-call rotations with other technicians and pursue continuing education as needed.

Qualifications

• Interest in dairy technology.
• Ability to use common repair tools and techniques.
• Understanding of specialty tools for troubleshooting and repairing dairy milking equipment.
• Good customer relationship skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls at the direction of the Lead Robot Technician.
• Troubleshoot and repair broken and/or malfunctioning dairy equipment.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork daily.
• Must do emergency (on-call) service on a rotational schedule with other technicians.
• Continuing education as needed.
• Maintain a clean and well-kept uniform and vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.
