DCO Energy, LLC in Randolph, NY is seeking a Dairy RNG Plant Operator to monitor dairy-based anaerobic digesters and gas processing equipment, and to perform preventative maintenance while ensuring safe, compliant operations. The role includes on-call duties and weekend/holiday work as needed.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLCs, recording process data, maintaining equipment reliability, and coordinating with farm staff to sustain optimal gas production.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in industrial operations, power generation, oil/gas, or high-pressure gas processing.
• Knowledge of gas flow, instrumentation (4-20mA signals), PLC systems, and mechanical repair skills.
• Physical stamina for varied weather, ladders, confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license, on-call rotations, and possible weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and adjust dairy-based anaerobic digesters and gas processing equipment to maintain optimal gas flow and quality.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety SOPs, including H2S handling.
• Respond to plant alarms, troubleshoot PLC systems, and rectify equipment malfunctions.
• Record and analyze operational data to optimize performance.
• Maintain site cleanliness and manage manure feedstock systems while interacting with farm staff.
