Job Summary:

This position assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervises the team in their absence. The Assistant Manager leads and coaches team members, ensuring operational standards and guest satisfaction.

Expectations:

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members
• Conduct interviews for new hires
• Maintain cleanliness and assign shift duties
• Ensure food safety and quality standards
• Train team on new products
• Manage campaign materials and ensure operational standards
• Oversee cash, sales, and inventory records
• Complete administrative duties in the manager's absence
• Maintain a safe environment following laws and safety codes
• Report incidents as per policy
• Partner with the RM to meet financial and operational goals
