Job summary
Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking candidates for an on-site production role in Wisconsin. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality and appearance, operating data entry/PLC set ups, maintaining cleaning chemicals and washers, and performing aseptic cheese sampling.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience/training; or equivalent combination
- Ability to read and understand instructions
- Proficient in use of the computer
- Solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills
- Follow sanitation practices and GMPs/SOPs
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and appearance of the product
- Complete appropriate data entry/PLC machine setup
- Maintain 701 washer and chemical concentrations
- Conduct aseptic cheese sampling
- Operate natamycin bath and maintain concentration
- Operate punch machine and metal detector
- Complete documentation per production requirements
- Perform sanitation and preops
