Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred in business, food science, engineering or related field.
• Experience leading and mentoring a manufacturing team.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment, dairy/cheese preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implements and enforces safety programs and safe work practices.
• Partner with Production Manager and site leaders to hit objectives.
• Meet production schedules to achieve business goals.
• Ensure yields and efficiencies meet budgetary standards.
• Provide direction, development and support to direct reports.
• Communicate and coordinate with other supervisors to optimize ops.
• Build strong relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Train and develop team members; partner on labor relations issues.
• Coordinate repair work with maintenance team.
