Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior related work experience and/or training in a food manufacturing organization is preferred.
• Math, reading, and writing skills; ability to follow technical instructions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production duties from preparatory to critical stages.
• Setup, monitor, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ensure production efficiency and compliance with Grande and regulatory standards.
• Operate packaging equipment and ensure continuous flow of product.
• Monitor positioning, spacing, sealing, and correct codes/labels.
