The role emphasizes quality, safety, and adherence to PMO and SQF standards within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow SOPs, monitor batch processes, assist in sanitation, document area paperwork, and support continuous production flow while wearing proper attire and reporting any mechanical or operational issues

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and ability to read/write reports and procedures.
• Ability to follow SOPs/SQF/PMO guidelines precisely.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain blender and other dairy equipment to spec.
• Monitor flavoring, coloring, and batch quality per SOP.
• Ensure food safety, HACCP, and sanitation compliance.
• Follow SOPs for batching and processing; document area paperwork.
• Perform pre-operational sanitation inspections and clean surfaces.
• Report mechanical or process issues promptly; maintain attire and safety.
