Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for an 8-hour shift.
• Must be able to read and write comprehensive reports.

Responsibilities

• Run and maintain blender and other equipment in dairy production.
• Monitor Kefir flavoring/coloring and ensure quality.
• Conduct pre-operational sanitation inspections.
