Job summary

Lifeway Foods, Inc. is hiring a Dairy Process Operator to ensure products are produced to PMO and SQF standards and to maintain pasteurizer equipment in a dairy production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or 3–6 months related experience.
• Must have past experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Demonstrate leadership, organization, and self-efficacy; strong communication.
• Ability to read/write reports and present to managers, clients, and the public.
• Basic math skills; algebra and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMPs for pasteurization and SQF compliance.
• Monitor production process and follow SOPs for batching/processing.
• Conduct pre-operational sanitation inspections.
• Monitor culturing temperature, fat, and related quality points.
• Ensure paperwork is clear, legible, and complete.
