Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience in a distribution or production environment (for example, logistics, dairy plant, food processing, or manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Monitors dairy plant production processes following SOPs and GMPs.
• Verifies paperwork and charts including temperatures and product recordings.
• Troubleshoots and resolves operating difficulties; communicates issues to management.
• Adheres to safety practices; uses PPE; maintains sanitation; reports safety concerns.
• Maintains process and equipment data to improve quality and throughput; monitors fats, total solids, allergens, and cryoscopes.
• Completes tasks by using policies and data; collaborates with managers and partners; seeks improvements.
• Upholds ethics and integrity by applying company policies and Open Door Policy.
